Lil Wayne ruffled a ton of feathers when he said that he didn’t like New York City. Predictably, he ain’t got no worries when it comes to the backlash that came with the comments he made. In fact, he hasn’t even heard any of them.
“I don’t even know the reaction, but if I knew the reaction I would be able to answer that question,” Lil Wayne told Rob Markman of MTV. ”I just say what I want to say, do what I want to do and f**k,” who don’t like it.
When asked if he had heard Fabolous “So NY” record, when he spits “I’m so New York, Weezy probably don’t like me,” Wayne maintains that he has no clue about the song. “I don’t listen to nothing but myself cause i’m just trying to get better, cause I always think about what I could’ve said or done better, so…sorry.”
